Human Being Journal

I have had such a blast guest blogging for Need Supply Co. this past month. They are an awesome company with a beautiful Virginia storefront, inspiring team, and an extremely well-executed collection. I've enjoyed watching them grow over the years, and it is a real honor to have a small place on their website (and one of my favorite blogs!).

I'm so happy that they have started Human Being Journal, a biannual print magazine, chock-full of energy and inspiration. Such a refreshing way to go beyond just products, showcasing the lifestyle and culture behind the brand.

Times They Are A-Changin'

I am happy to announce some big things happening around here... I am moving to Los Angeles for the summer to pursue more personal projects and freelance work. I will also be doing a bit of traveling and hope to collaborate with many new people.

While Nashville will always be home, I am anxious and ready to get out of my comfort zone and push myself more creatively—both personally and professionally.

The hardest part has been saying goodbye to my family at imogene + willie. The past year (and a half) has been one of the hardest and most rewarding years of my life. I documented our last week together in polaroids and wrote them a farewell love letter.

While change is often bittersweet, I know that this is a great next step for me. Thanks for journeying along with me!

Warby Parker

A couple months ago, the kind folks at Warby Parker came through town on an awesome reimagined school bus and parked out front imogene + willie for a few days. I had such a great time getting to know their team, and was flattered that they wrote a piece on me for their blog. I am crazy about my Preston frames, and am now trying to figure out the perfect sunglasses (Jasper or Edgeworth?). Read the story for more photos and to find out my most very favorite popsicle.
